Description
End of the season PARTY! I will try to summarize what took place. A huge cake with trays of cookies lined the long table at the front. The trophies were neatly setup on a table to the left. A large table to the right had all the drinks. Players, Buddies, family and friends waited anxiously for 2pm. Some memories of this past season were shared. We introduced our current, hard working and volunteer board of directors. The coaches received plaques for their efforts. Now the time everyone was waiting for. It was great to see the players so excited. The coaches called each player to the front one at a time. As each player went to get their trophy, everyone gave a loud cheer. Players paused next to their coaches for a picture. The big ear to ear smiles made everything worth wild. Buddies came up next. Our true angels in the outfield were given trophies, a loud cheer and a thank you for making a difference. Cake, cookies and drinks were served to everyone. We are grateful to everyone who helped this season. One last big thank you to Oak Crest church for allowing us to use Herman Hall again. If I missed anything please let me know and I will add it.
